Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will process an exchange for the desired item, subject to availability. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including live fish, and perishable items. Additionally, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping
